This Privacy Policy explains how Monkweh Studios may collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with Sounra, Monkweh Studios websites, support requests, media asset requests, and launch update requests.
Information Sounra may collect
Sounra may collect account information, authentication identifiers, optional profile details, optional profile images, journal or reflection content users choose to save, community posts, uploaded community images, reports, moderation signals, subscription status, device information, diagnostics, and support messages.
Website, media request, and launch update information
When someone requests Monkweh Studios media assets, the website may collect the requester's name, email address, organization or creator name, intended use, selected asset pack, optional website or social handle, referrer, campaign parameters, and whether the requester chose to receive future studio updates. When someone joins launch updates, the website may collect email address, selected product-interest tags, consent source, referrer, and campaign parameters.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide app features, maintain accounts, sync user content, operate community spaces, support reporting and moderation, process support requests, provide requested media assets, understand press, creator, or launch interest, improve reliability, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Email and newsletter consent
An email address submitted for a media asset request is used to provide the requested assets and related support or download communication. Monkweh Studios does not treat a media download request as automatic consent to promotional email. Future studio updates require a separate optional opt-in choice. Launch update requests use the submitted email and selected product-interest tags only for studio and product update communication unless another use is disclosed and approved later.
Service providers
Sounra uses Firebase services for authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and related app infrastructure. Sounra uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription access and purchase status. Payment details are handled by the app store and are not stored by Monkweh Studios.
Analytics and advertising
Monkweh Studios may record privacy-appropriate website events such as media request submissions, launch update requests, selected asset pack, intended use, selected product-interest tags, newsletter opt-in status, media pack downloads, product page visits, app-store outbound clicks, and campaign parameters.
Monkweh Studios may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement on the website to understand page visits, campaign performance, app-store outbound clicks, and other privacy-appropriate interactions. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies as provided by Google. Monkweh Studios does not intentionally send journal text, support messages, email addresses, names, payment details, or private app content to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Community content
Content shared in community areas may be visible to other users based on the space where it is posted. Users should not share private, sensitive, or emergency information in community posts.
Data deletion and support requests
Users may delete their account in Sounra or follow the steps on the Sounra account deletion page. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, media asset abuse prevention, or moderation integrity.
Children
Sounra is not intended for children under the age required by the applicable app store or local law. The app should not be used by children without appropriate consent where required.
