This Privacy Policy explains how Monkweh Studios may collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with Sounra.

Information Sounra may collect

Sounra may collect account information, authentication identifiers, optional profile details, optional profile images, journal or reflection content users choose to save, community posts, uploaded community images, reports, moderation signals, subscription status, device information, diagnostics, and support messages.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide app features, maintain accounts, sync user content, operate community spaces, support reporting and moderation, process support requests, improve reliability, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Sounra uses Firebase services for authentication, database, storage, cloud functions, and related app infrastructure. Sounra uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription access and purchase status. Payment details are handled by the app store and are not stored by Monkweh Studios.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising features are enabled in a future release, this policy will be updated to identify the providers and explain the related data use before those features are represented as active.

Community content

Content shared in community areas may be visible to other users based on the space where it is posted. Users should not share private, sensitive, or emergency information in community posts.

Data deletion and support requests

Users may request account support or deletion assistance through the support page. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or moderation integrity.

Children

Sounra is not intended for children under the age required by the applicable app store or local law. The app should not be used by children without appropriate consent where required.
